Passwords and Account Security

We strongly urge everyone to use a "strong" password featuring the following:

  • No recognisable words
  • No memorable dates
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one capital letter (A-Z)
  • At least one punctuation or other symbol (e.g. !,",£,$,%,^,*,&,*,(,),#,~,{,},[,],|,\,,,. or indeed €)

Should your password not be of a hard to discern nature or be obtained from another source, we cannot accept liability any implications from someone with less than honourable intentions gaining access to your account.

We recommend that you never write your password down, but if you do, store it AWAY from the computer in a safe and secure place. It is also recommended that you use different passwords for different websites. If someone obtains your password and email address combination from another website, again we cannot be held liable.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are designed to protect both you and me. Please read them carefully to avoid confusion.

  1. Products.
    1. We only sell brand new products, not used items.
  2. Stock.
    1. If the item ordered is no longer in stock (it has been sold ) we will notify you and arrange either a full refund or ‘backorder’.
  3. Dispatch.
    1. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days by Royal Mail.
  4. Payment.
    1. Credit/Debit card payments transactions are fulfilled by Stripe. They are a recognised, reliable, secure and trustworthy credit/debit card processing company.
  5. Cancellations.
    1. All orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. After that time we are unable to cancel your order.
  6. Returns.
    1. Books
      1. All orders can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unused/unopened. Refunds can only be paid for full order returns. Part order returns can be negotiated for unused products, If any items need returning because of fault on our part  we will cover the return postage costs. If returns are made for any other reason you (the customer) are responsible for payment of return delivery.All returned products will be inspected. If after inspection product is deemed to have been used/opened the return will be rejected.
    2. Custom made items
      1. Custom made items are only eligible for return if there is a fault or if not as agreed.
  7. Responsibility.
    1. We at Sarah Moore Online accept no responsibility for the quality of the products or items/products made from products supplied by us.
